Gryphon turned 11 on (our) Saturday, and the day started with a Hogwarts letter! Then it was off to Lotte World, Seoul's version of Disneyland.
Lotte World is a big mostly indoor amusement park, with mascots that are bears(?). It was crowded, but very fun!
The balloon ride goes along the ceiling, high above the park. Sort of scary high, actually!!There is also a bowling alley, a movie theater,a swimming pool and an ice rink in the Lotte World complex, along with a mall!
The bridge to the outdoor part, Magic Island. Hmmm, where *have* I seen that castle before??
We opted to skip the peanut roasted squid, and instead were just tickled pink they had...
CHURROS!! A little taste of home!
We were at rest because of this sign.
Gryphon had a great day, hard to believe she is 11!!
